iSoftStone's Collaboration to Create a Vertical Large Model in the Maternal and Child Industry, Empowering the Segmented Field Together

At the keynote speech on the first day of the HDC 2024, Zhang Ping'an, Huawei's Executive Director and CEO of Huawei Cloud, officially launched the Pangu Large Model 5.0, which has been newly upgraded in three aspects: comprehensive series, multi-modal, and strong thinking capabilities. iSoftStone is one of the first partners of the Huawei Cloud Pangu Model. The two parties are focusing on joint innovation in the field of industry applications and implementing application scenarios. Particularly in the domain-specific large model field, they have actively explored and closely cooperated with joint partners to help industry enterprises achieve deeper Data-AI transformation and upgrading. For example, during this conference, iSoftStone, in collaboration with Huawei Cloud, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement for a domain-specific large model in the maternal and child industry with Guangdong Kangaroo Mommy Group Co., Ltd. and the Guangzhou Quality Supervision and Testing Institute.

 

Since partnering with Kangaroo Mommy Group, iSoftStone and Huawei Cloud have formulated detailed upgrade plans for Kangaroo Mommy's digital transformation, covering strategic management, execution monitoring, and performance management processes. These plans have effectively addressed business pain points related to data storage for product categories, e-commerce architecture, and information security. Based on the results of the initial collaboration, iSoftStone and Kangaroo Mommy Group upgraded their partnership last year and officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Leveraging its extensive industry experience in digital technology services, iSoftStone has provided robust support to Kangaroo Mommy in areas such as project development requirements, cloud infrastructure services, master data middle offices, artificial intelligence business, and scientific research projects.

At this conference, cooperation was further strengthened. iSoftStone collaborates with Huawei Cloud, Guangdong Kangaroo Mommy Group Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Quality Supervision and Testing Institute to sign a strategic cooperation agreement for a vertical large model in the maternal and child industry. The cooperation will involve deep exchanges and joint research in large model technology, application services, and comprehensive solution formulation. Each party will leverage their unique strengths: Kangaroo Mommy's extensive experience in the maternal and child product and service industry, Guangzhou Quality Supervision and Testing Institute's strong capabilities in industry standards, testing, and quality systems, Huawei's leading position in cloud and computing services, and iSoftStone's excellent experience in large model services and digital services. Through resource sharing and complementary advantages, the four parties aim to empower the segmented field, jointly promoting the construction of an AI-driven vertical large model in the maternal and child industry and related scenario-based application service solutions. This cooperation ultimately aims for mutual benefit and healthy development of the segmented field. During this cooperation, iSoftStone will partner with Huawei Cloud to provide the following technologies and services:

 

1.Base support for creating a large model in the maternal and child industry through AI large model technology products and computing scenario application services from iSoftStone and Huawei Cloud;

 

2.Joint incubation and development of industry-specific models and related application services based on customer business scenario needs, utilizing the combined expertise in large model technology and practical experience from iSoftStone and Huawei Cloud;

 

3.Forming comprehensive solutions to address customer business pain points through standalone products, scenario-based products, service products, or various joint formats.

 

At the iSoftStone forum "Cloud Collaboration, Driving Intelligent Leap with New Quality Forces" held during the conference, Zhang Da, Vice President of Huawei Cloud China and Head of China Cloud Sales Partner Development, described the deep mutual trust between Huawei Cloud and iSoftStone with the phrase "can rely on each other". This signing is another example of their close and deep collaboration. Following the "Together for Success" initiative, iSoftStone fully embraces Huawei Cloud under the dual-driven strategies of "sales and service integration" and "consulting and collection integration". With innovative technologies like the Pangu Large Model as the foundation, they jointly build general and industry solutions, achieving significant breakthroughs in business scale, capability building, and market influence.
