Here are a few of our recent projects:

Sales and Distribution

iSoftStone helped a leading Investment Manager integrate with business partners as well as inside fund groups to streamline product and fund supermarket information flow. The newly integrated system provides operational processes that enable real-time fund product changes, management of client restrictions, online access for engagement opportunities, thought leadership, and industry leading reporting. For this project, iSoftStone provided on-shore process consulting and technology architecture services followed by offshore development support.

Wealth Management Platform

iSoftStone worked with a leading investment firm across several of their critical programs to design and implement a comprehensive wealth management platform, launch innovative wealth management products, and provide expert consultation to maximize market penetration and profitability. The expertise that was provided spanned the full wealth management life cycle from profiling and planning on through to execution and client reporting. iSoftStone product knowledge extends beyond traditional investment management and encompasses solutions that address cash flow, retirement, tax, estate, and succession planning as well as risk mitigation and insurance strategies. For this project, iSoftStone provided product and subject matter expertise, project management, business and process analysis, solution architecture and technical project management.

Client Servicing and Record Keeping

Working with Global Business Unit leads and their internal IT services groups, iSoftStone drove the vision, definition, alignment, and action program for a comprehensive Customer Data Strategy. This effort comprised complex customer relationships, business drivers from multiple product divisions, “as-is” disparate customer data stores, and valuable unstructured data. It ultimately yielded a multi-year process-and-data-improvement campaign that targeted a single coherent version for a singular view of a customer and their interactions across product lines, reduction in time and effort to deliver actionable business analytics, and best-in-class service through intelligent relationship understanding.

Legal, Risk and Compliance (LRC)

iSoftStone worked with multiple customers to lead the effort to implement various FINRA suitability compliance requirements. Working with the sales and service model, client on-boarding and touch-points, web tools, account documentation, and multiple data platforms, iSoftStone drove program definition and management, requirements definition, and operations change management enabling on-time implementations of important industry self-regulation mechanisms.
